Faf de Klerk scored the Sale Sharks' decisive try in their 27-19 Premiership Rugby Cup final win against Harlequins at AJ Bell Stadium.
It is Sale's first trophy since 2006.
With Sale leading just 20-19 with three minutes to go, replacement scrumhalf De Klerk darted away down the blindside to score, with flyhalf Rob du Preez slotting the crucial touchline conversion.
